Challenge
MedStar PromptCare came to us with the challenge of making their line of urgent care locations the most patient-centric brand in a competitive market – inspiring loyalty in customers in an industry which is often viewed as a commodity.
Approach
Cast & Hue proposed a multi-faceted approach to consumer research and experience design. We developed a deep understanding of the customer through ethnographic research, patient interviews and journey mapping. After gathering these insights, we facilitated ideation through design thinking and experience design.
Outcome
At the end of this process, Cast & Hue presented a final experience blueprint showing the ideas put forward by patients — as well as how those ideas aligned to the core problems, the MedStar Health brand and other metrics for implementation.
