Challenge

After discovering a gap in the urgent care marketplace, our client decided to launch a same-day, spine-focused clinic. He partnered with Cast & Hue to:

  • Validate the new offering
  • Name the brand
  • Develop the positioning strategy
  • Design its visual and verbal identity
  • Architect the entire patient experience for his flagship clinic

Approach

This project leveraged Jobs-to-be-Done and design thinking. We interviewed spine patients to identify unmet needs in the marketplace, then translated them into ideas through collaborative workshops. Finally, we built the experience blueprint — a roadmap for how the actual clinic would look and function.

Outcome

In addition to experience strategy, Cast & Hue also directed the creation of a full brand platform. Our work involved naming, logo creation, launch strategy and a visual style guide. By the end of the project, Stridewell was positioned for a successful and highly-anticipated launch.
